Exchanges

You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

Sale items do not qualify for an exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item, please drop us an email at info@thehabitual.com stating

  1. your order date
  2. your order number
  3. your product description, code and quantity
  4. your reason for returning
  5. description, code and quantity of item you would like to exchange to

and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return.

All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, and returns to us need to be in the unused condition with original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. We do not bear responsibility for any mail that does not reach us.

Refunds

HABITUAL does not provide any monetary refund except in the case of product defects. It is up to our discretion to accept or reject any claims to product defects.
